1. How do I pay for my order? 

You can pay for your order by credit card (Stripe system), Paypal or Klarna(depends on location). To proceed with PayPal you will need to tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown and shipping address before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to our online store.

2. Delivery address/biling address

The billing and shipping address can be different however both addresses must be from the same deliverable country.

3. Delivery

We are now shipping worldwide.

Within EU countries we offer DHL or UPS courier service. The shipping fees depends on location and will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping bag system and on the order page.

All taxes are included within EU.

Delivery rest of the world: The shipping fees depends on location and will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping bag system and on the order page.It takes approximately 4 -21 business days. Orders are dispatched by DHL or UPS.

Please note, taxes and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are calculated according to your shipping destination and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

4. Returns 

You can return item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order unless it is personalised item with bespoke embroidery or monogrammed.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags attached. Please pack the items, together with the invoice and withdrawal form, in the original packaging, tape it securely and send it to:

Once we have approved the return, you will receive a refund.

Costs of returning the items are non-refundable.

Please note we will not refund duties, taxes or shipping costs.

Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank account.

5. Order/shipping confirmation

6. Damaged or incorrect item

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us order@moyestore.com with photo of the damage or wrong item as soon as you receive your order.

7. Missing order

If your parcel was already shipped please contact DHL or UPS, using your tracking number.
