INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY WITHIN EUROPEAN UNION
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible but it may take 1-5 working days.
The shipping fees depends on location and will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping bag system and on the order page. Shipments are made with DHL courier or National Post with flat rate of 8€.
Please note, if you choose shipping by National Post you may not be able to check tracking.
Please note, due to BREXIT: all orders will be charged extra taxes & duties.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY REST OF THE WORLD
All orders are charged shipping rate of 25 worldwide and takes approximately 1-5 business days. Delivery date depends on the location.
Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and dispatched by DHL Express International.
Please note, taxes and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are calculated according to your shipping destination and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
RETURNS
You can return item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order unless it is personalised item with bespoke embroidery or monogrammed or garment made to order in pre-order option.
Customized items will not be accepted for return it includes bespoke & pre-order.
To proceed your return:
1. Please contact us to authorise your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags attached. While trying on your garments, please avoid contact with chemicals such as: perfumes & cosmetics as our products are very delicate. Dirty & faulty products won’t be accepted.
3. Please pack the items, together with the invoice and withdrawal form, in the original packaging, tape it securely and send it to:

Once we have approved the return, you will receive a refund.
Costs of returning the items are non-refundable.
Please note we will not refund duties, taxes or shipping costs.
Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank account.
* If you have received damaged, defective or incorrect item, coctact us: order@moyestore.com with a photo of damage, or the wrong item you have received as soon as you receive your order.
MISSING ORDER
Please check the tracking number given in your order confirmation. If there are any immediate questions regarding the shipping status of your order, please contact the shipping provider. Please note if you choose shipping by National Post within EU – you have to check your tracking on your local National Post tracking site ( ex.
